Residential REO

As mentioned above in the “REO” section, the primary interim business plan of NREV is the purchase and sale or rental of single family and, concurrently, multifamily REO properties.

The fact that there is an extreme shortage of single family REO supply relative to demand at the same time that there are an estimated 11 million homes that are either severely delinquent or in a severe negative equity position, is both ironic and counterintuitive.

NREV is currently one of the few companies in the United States that has access to a very large supply of quality single family REO (please see our message to investors).

NREV leverages its strategic alliances to maximize its returns on the acquisition, management and disposition of these distressed single family assets while taking into consideration social responsibility.

In summary, all of the elements are in place for NREV to take advantage of the present residential market, creating profits for investors, with the additional benefit of stimulating demand for housing, and helping to stabilize neighborhoods.
