NREV manages investment portfolios in Single Family Residential REO and Commercial REO.

Currently, there is an acute shortage of residential REO on the market (see recent WSJ.com article). NREV has a federal “Source” of REO that will sell multiple properties to NREV as part of a “Pilot Program”. The purpose of the Pilot Program is to determine the effectiveness of selling the Source’s single family REO inventory through trusted bulk buyers who will commit to selling to end users instead of investors. NREV has already been asked by the Source to propose additional metropolitan areas throughout the country for the next portfolio purchase.
