Peter MonroeChairman and CEOPeter Monroe has held senior positions in companies dealing with all real estate product types throughout the United States, and has performed real estate functions from development and legal representation to management and leasing and from financing to disposition. He has headed a company dealing in distressed real estate. He has held senior positions in federal agencies dealing with distressed real estate—notably serving as President of the RTC Oversight Board from 1990 to 1993 and as COO of the Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”). He also served as Executive Director of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Foundation and sits on the ULI Retail Product Council. He is a Member of the ICSC, the CMSA and is the Commercial Council Co-Chair of REOMAC. He is a graduate of Williams College, Oxford University and Harvard Law School. |

Mark RosenfeldVice-ChairmanMark Rosenfeld is the Chairman and President of Wilherst Developers, Inc. a retail real estate development firm. He is also a Trustee of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (REIT, NYSE). He is the former Chairman & CEO of Jacobson's Stores, Inc., a publicly traded department store chain. Nathan HenniganChief Operating OfficerWith over 15 years experience in the financial services industry with broad leadership experience in mortgage and corporate banking, technology, and operations. Most recently he served as Vice President of JPMorgan Chase (formally Washington Mutual Bank) where he managed the servicing of a residential mortgage portfolio in excess of $15 billion. Also during his tenure at Washington Mutual, he headed financial analysis, quality control, and client relations pertaining to his portfolio. |

Jeanette FitzgeraldVice-President of National SalesJeanette Fitzgerald brings over twenty years experience in the mortgage industry. Before joining NREV, Jeanette was Vice President of National Sales for Lighthouse Real Estate Solutions where her primary responsibility was expanding the company’s customer base and enhancing client relations. She also served as Lighthouse’s Director of Marketing, responsible for positioning and branding in both residential and commercial real estate markets. Jeanette has also held management positions for government contractors, managing and marketing REO properties for The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has appeared on a number of industry panels and has written for several national real estate industry publications. |
